Dr. Hepper is pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. She doesn't waste any time, she diagnoses the issue and goes directly to the solution. She remembers me, even if she doesn't see me for a year, and ask how my older issues are doing.
I am so blessed to have Dr. Hepper as my dermatologist. I called with an ongoing problem on a Monday morning and she saw me that afternoon. She diagnosed me, gave me prescription cream, and the rash that had been there for 2-3 weeks, started getting better within 2 days. Also, after my husband had been previously seen and tested multiple times for an ongoing problem without results by other dermatologists, I scheduled him with Dr. Hepper and she immediately knew what the problem was. I have been seeing Dr Wu for years. She takes her time and explains what she is seeing and what things are and if it is normal or a concern. She patiently answers all my questions. She is everything you would want in your dermatologist.
We were seen minutes after checking in. The Nursing Assistant reviewed my medication list, took my vitals and notified Dr. Bukowski that we were ready to be seen. The interview went very smoothly and efficiently and a decision was made to remove several growth on my scalp and prepare the specimens for biopsy after numbing the area.
