I’m sad because my experience with this dentist has always been really amazing, but today I was a little disappointed. I’m getting retainers, and my usual person no longer works here. The new person gave me different trays, and they were hurting my teeth really badly, much more than usual. She also gave me the wrong trays for the future. I know it’s not terrible, but my teeth are still hurting and I’m not happy about this appointment.
This was an amazing experience for me. I had put my dental care on hold for a while due to insurance issues, and after recently getting my coverage reinstated, this office was my first choice and I definitely won’t be looking back! I waited less than five minutes in the lobby before being called back. Caroline was amazing! She made a two-hour visit feel like only 30 minutes.
