Excellent service from start to finish! The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dental team was caring, knowledgeable, and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this dental office.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Kim, who made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The entire appointment, from start to finish, was a great experience. Dr. Le was professional, knowledgeable, and informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My kids also felt very comfortable during their cleanings and dental exams with Dr. Cross, which I really appreciated. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The receptionist Kim always willing to help with dealing with our insurance.
Kim, at the desk, is very sweet , welcoming and knowledgeable and my hygienist, Yuqi, does an amazing, and gentle, cleaning job on my pearly whites. Great experience!
