Called the roofer, Manny. Manny sent Ken, who stopped by without calling first. Even though Ken knew what we wanted (Owens Corning), he tried to sell us a different product (Brava, Davinci), along with a lot of other things, we didn't want. Ken is like a used car salesman. He does the hard sell routine. Ken never sent us the estimate, even though he told he had completed it. Very disappointed in Elevate Construction in Wauconda, Illinois. If you like used car salesmen, you'll love this company.
Very happy with Elevate Construction. Ken Ells was an amazing sales representative as he was able to get me a very competitive price for the great job the roofers and gutter guys did and Sam coordinated the project very well. I would recommend anyone needing roofing or gutters to contact Ken.
Luis provided excellent customer service and responsiveness from start to finish. My roofing project was completed with quality workmanship at a fair price. I would highly recommend Elevate Construction.
