I started with Elevate Body Renew about a month ago and am thrilled with the experience and my progress! Hawlee and Nikki are both incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to get to know you and your goals to customize your service. I have been going to Elevate Body Renewal since August 2023. Since that time I have lost 12 pounds and 10 inches. Everyone at the salon are so nice and efficient. 45 minutes, consisting of three 15 minute intervals, burns calories and sculpts away the fat. I will continue to go, I’m sure, even when I get down to the weight I desire which is only five more pounds, because I feel healthier and look better than I have in a long time. Thank you, Sue and Hawley, for all you have done for me.
Excellent results. My body loves this system; responds so quickly. Everyone’s results vary but I lose approximately 400 calories per 45 minute session and about 1 pound per session too.
