The best service and attention to detail with hearing test that I have ever experienced. Dr. Alexandra Tarvin and Amber Taylor are great examples of excellent customer care and service. Dr. Tarvin gave me the most in depth hearing test that I have had in 15 years... and I have had approximately 10 in that time period. If you are in need of hearing medical needs Elevate Audiology is where you need to be. You won’t be disappointed...

Contrary to the one bad review you may read Dr Tarvin is possibly the best audiologist in the upstate! I have been her patient for 2 1/2 yrs and have referred many for her services. She has cared for each of them in the same manner she has cared for my needs. She is not only a compassionate professional but is very knowledgeable of the latest advancements in her field. I can HIGHLY recommend her IF you have a hearing need. Tell her Dave sent you!
One Star Rating! ~ great service until the check clears the bank! ~ purchased pair of Starkey hearing aids, two office visits—$5,400. ~ was told they would last approximately 5 years. ~ problem with blue-tooth connectivity from beginning. I had to power-off/on my iPhone numerous times a day. ~ called the office to get instructions how to remedy blue-tooth problem. I was told a temporary fix would be e-mailed to me. I tried ordering cheap hearing aids online. Big mistake! Dr. Tarvin helped me understand the technical and physiological need for good hearing & explained everything. She spent enough time to give me such a great fitting. She has the latest technology that was so impressive. I have so much respect for Dr. Tarvin and loved her receptionist, as well.

Sometimes you don't really know what you're missing because the loss occured slowly over many years. When you get that stare from your spouse after you've said " Huh?" one too many times, you start realizing something is not what it once was. One short visit to the awesome folks at Elevate Audiology literally opened my eyes as well as my ears! My father has worn hearing aids for years. He was under the care of a large hearing aid center in Greenville. I had concerns about his care because his hearing was not regularly tested (he would go three years without an audio gram) and he often did not see an audiologist when he went for a check up.
