If I could give this place a 0 star I would, maintenance guys are the worst. Anywhere you park there with their lack of parking they block you in with golf carts. Luckily the guy who did it wasn’t around or it wouldn’t be a review it would be choice words.

I would never live here again, I’d give 0 stars if I could . Our experience living at Elevate has been consistently disappointing. Rent is high, parking isn’t included, and even after paying for it, spaces are rarely available so we often had to park across the street at a private office building. The trash area is almost always overflowing and unsanitary, and at one point there were dirty diapers left in front of our door in the hallway for multiple days.
