Be careful about this very greedy place. I had a need for a short term lease in the area. They said only 3+ month with $400 extra fee each month for a $1600 apartment. I agreed on that. I need to start on 4/26 but they won't allow me to end on 7/26, have to end on 7/31. For the 5 days in April, they prorated the $1600, but charges the whole $400 as well as full on all the other fees for the 5 days. It is been built for many years.
