I’ve lived at Elevate Apartments for the past three years, and I’ve truly enjoyed my experience. The maintenance staff are amazing, always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever needed. A special shoutout to Alexia Salley, the property manager, who is always willing to go above and beyond to help and is incredibly compassionate and understanding. I have lived here at Elevate Apartments for going on 7 years !!! And it’s been pretty nice and easy going this whole time!! The current staff and property manager is awesome and very kind/friendly!! Anytime I have an issue, they handle it right away! They are very helpful and considerate!! They are always doing fun things and getting the residents to get together . Like events and food trucks!! I lived at Elevate for a year and some change. If you’re looking into moving here, don’t. There are tons of reasons as to why this place sucks. Biggest is the fact that if you want to make sure you have a space to park your car you have to pay 150+ dollars every single month, otherwise you aren’t guaranteed to have a spot. Even with the spots they have open where you don’t have to pay 150+ you aren’t guaranteed to park while still having to pay for a parking pass, which wouldn’t be a big deal if you were going to have a spot... read more
