The name “Eleva” sets the expectation of an elevated coffee experience. Unfortunately, there was nothing elevated about mine. Specialty coffee shops charge premium prices because customers expect premium ingredients and attention to detail. Instead, I watched my drink being made with products that anyone can purchase at Walmart. The mocha was made with Great Value chocolate syrup. The whipped cream was Reddi-wip. Such a cute little place for us coffee lovers with great coffee and shopping nearby!
Worst service ever! Girl behind the counter knew nothing and had the personality of a dish towel. Danish too dry to choke down iced tea must be brewed in the cooler machine. It sent it back after one sip and they didn’t even offer my money back. Awful experience.
Great coffee and tea. The blueberry muffin was amazing as well
The atmosphere and staff were great. Perfect place to spend some time to study or talk with friends.
