Best gym in the area! Great prices! Great equipment and classes! The new management has really stepped it up! My friends and I are really looking forward to their future move and expansion! We wouldn't work out anywhere else!
Nice people DIRTY GYM I'm not a hardcore workout person, but I was afraid I'd inhale mold if I worked out too hard. The place is DIRTYYYYYYYY . I know dirt when I see it....and this place has it from ceiling to floor. Thank goodness for the antiseptic gel at the front desk or I wouldn't want to get back in my car. Oh, I also think the gym uniform is a wife beater tank top! Gross, where i'm from we don't want your sweaty body touching public exercise equipment.
More for your money. I was a member at US1 for about 12 years. I like their long hours (though I never tested the early opening hours). The equipment is generally in good condition and they seem to upgrade fairly often. They also have classes (aerobics, dance exercise, yoga, etc) for the price of membership or a small additional fee. Their fees are relatively low compared to competition. THE WORST STAFF I EVER SPOKE TO THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF - ask 100000000000 times the same question about the price and you will get as many different answers! RUDE AND NOT COMPETENT STAFF!!!!!!!!
AKA The Pit I belong to THIS gym out of pure convenience. Although the equipment is relatively new it is poorly maintained, haphazardly arranged and crowded together. The place is filthy and I wouldn?t even go in the bathroom. If another gym opened in this area I would be gone in a flash. Added 12/19/06: Management, are you listening? WATCH OUT!... They are crooks. They will over charge you for a lot of money. Just like they did to me. They will also laugh at your face. So before you join this gym ask people how much they paid to get a good rate. Be very careful because they are very deceptive. The will overcharge you and keep overcharging everytime you renew. Don't say I didn't warn you.
LUV MY GYM Luv to workout here. Nobody "posing". People who care about getting and staying healthy. Modern, clean machines that are almost always available. Nice staff. Ready to help if you need them. Great Saturday morning pick-me-up!
