Mark and his team are the best. This place has amazing equipment and amenities, but what stands out the most is the culture and community. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you'll see results here as long as you put in the work.
As a non gym person, I started 8 months ago in the small group training and have been going 2 to 3 times per week and feel great. I definitely notice a change in strength and ability. Bryant, group trainer, is awesome. Have also had group training with Mark and he is just as awesome. Fantastic gym and community.
I absolutely love this gym! I look forward to going every day - the small group classes are the perfect mix of challenge and motivation. The small group size allows for more one-on-one coaching which I really appreciate. Mark has been super encouraging and has really helped me stay focused on my goal of building more muscle and maintaining proper form to avoid injury. I've been going to this gym for almost a year now, and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. The vibe is always great, positive energy, and supportive people. I actually look forward to the workouts (even the ones that leave me questioning my life choices halfway through 😂). Coach Darion and Owner Mark always keep things fresh with new or different that challenge you but also keep it fun. They really know how to push you without making it feel like a chore.
