Dr. Elert is a compassionate, responsive, great listener, and extremely thorough. Her explanations of her findings and recommendations were clear, concise, and delivered with a bed side manner rare in physicians these days. She answered emails promptly, kept me informed as to next steps she advised, and even answered her own phone! Her knowledge of the matters I was seeing her about was delivered with confidence and in terms I could easily understand. Highly recommend.
