An old white man (customer) was given free food for calling a server racists names. The management couldn't care less about his top (black) server as a matter of fact the server got fired and escorted out of the building even though he was posing no threat. I will never step foot in this establishment again.
We decided to eat here as we were in town from Kansas City MO. I will say this was the worst experience of my life!!! Being a server in the restaurant industry for 15+ years I am pretty understanding. But not only was the food cold, very unappealing, it was just inedible! The service was insanely horrible couldn't get a server to our table for over 30 minutes then none of the food came out together. My brothers wanted to go out for a nice dinner in Denver. We picked the elephant grill. We made reservations for 14 and was told we could not get them before 7:30pm. Okay so we accepted, when we arrived they had several open tables and we were seated right away. By 8:30 had not received any food or salads. At 8:35 two salads arrived, we asked about the other salads ordered. One more salad arrived with the comment we didn't realize you ordered a salad. The food is good, but no bargain. The place is sometimes so loud you can't have a conversation without shouting, and you will be needing a flare gun to get your servers attention. They are too few, covering too large an area.
