Good food..better drinks...but always a good place to relax...appetizers recommended
I took my 11 year old son to Elephant Bar yesterday. We arrived about 4p.m. to avoid the rush. We were told that the wait was 15-20 minutes. We waited while the people who had arrived before us were seated. Then we watched as the hostess seated a couple who came in after us. I went to the front desk to ask when to expect to be seated and why were other people being seated before us. Hubby and I ordered steaks from here and most of the time we have to send them back because they are still to pink, these were perfect. I also wanted a flavored margarita which wasn't on the menu and they not only made me a strawberry margarita it turned out great. Nice atmosphere and very clean restaurant. A great dinner for the first time eating there.
I think Elephant Bar taste really good, but sometimes the rice is too dry and there is less meat inside the kids meal rice dish bowl thing.Although I love it there cause of the dessert and course of the food they have, but there is not enough of the Carmel or Chocolate syrup.
Great bar. Not fond of new Pino Grigio tho that replaced Campanille.
