I saw Dr. Vaou in 2020 when I developed problems walking that came on suddenly. I had multiple tests and saw close to 8 doctors. I was referred to her when I was at the end of my rope and no one knew what was causing it. She was very nice and diagnosed me on the first visit. She explained what was going on and did blood tests to confirm her suspicions. Dr. Vaou an office gave me hope that no one else could. I wish she had a closer office, but I would give her a million stars!
Dr. Vaou has been my husband’s Neurologist due to Parkinson’s Disease for about four years. In those four years Dr. Vaou has been so knowledgeable about PD and has opened my husband’s world to Deep Brain Surgery. He has had DBS surgery and our lives have improved 100%. Dr. Vaou provided information, guidance, patience and care as a professional and always with kindness and we never felt rushed. She definitely is the best!!
It was my first visit to see Dr Vaou. She was very thorough and pleasant. I think I have finally found the doctor to help me figure out what is going on
