I wish i was able to give 0 stars. I advise everyone reading to with no hesitation, to disregard the amount customer amount posted here, and take your money elsewhere. My friend was told the morning of her wedding that Elana was unable to obtain baby’s breath…….. Which is very odd because my friend wanted the entirety of the bridesmaids bouquets to be baby’s breath. She also wanted some of this floral in her own bouquet. Why was this not communicated to the bride prior to the morning of her wedding that her florist could NOT obtain one of the major florals she requested? BEWARE BRIDES! Elena will not care about stressing you out the day before or even the day of your wedding. No matter how detailed and careful you are, she will confuse your order even if you go in person to confirm everything. Make sure you get written confirmation from her when you pay your invoice in full, because months after you’ve already paid, you might suddenly receive another invoice claiming you still owe money. very disappointed with the flowers from elenas. we hired her over a year prior to our wedding because she seemed very nice and her prices were reasonable. over that time, we were in constant communication with elena- sending emails, texts, phone calls and even visiting her shop in person twice while providing colored photos of what we wanted for our wedding. everything was laid out for her. although she didn’t always respond, or in a timely manner, she still seemed to understand what we wanted from our wedding flowers. after... read more
