It’s rare to come across a local flower shop where you can truly feel the care behind every interaction. The owner’s genuine kindness and attention to detail make it my go-to spot for any occasion.
I would have loved to have given them five stars. I ordered a delivery of flowers for my anniversary. They arrived the day before they were supposed to when my wife was not home. When I called the owner was apologetic and offered to send another bouquet the day of our anniversary, which was very nice. Only problem was they didn't actually send the bouquet. The flower arrangement was lovely, but I will not be going back because of their logistical mistakes and lack of accountability.
Extremely disappointed. Communication was horrible, they never responded to us or answered any of our questions/requests except for very short replies. We didn't bring pocket squares because we got pocket boutineers, but we received normal boutineers (in the wrong color and style as well). The bouquet was also not even close to what was asked for. Figuring out all of it was wrong an hour before the wedding was just the cherry on top of the horrible experience we had with them.
Super disappointed with the flowers we got for our wedding. Communication was difficult and the end result was not at all what we wanted. This was the one thing we tried to splurge on for the wedding. We wanted wildflowers with lots of color and the boutineers were plain white roses and the other bouquets had majority white and barely any blue which I had told her was our wedding color.
