Horrible practice. Months spent trying to be seen. Multiple attempts to have me see a different doctor. Appointment repeatedly moved without appropriate communication and now refusal to reschedule. It has been made abundantly clear this doctor chooses who they want to treat.
Easily the worst doctor's appointment I've ever had. I have a Stage 3 -1 in a million rare cancer diagnosis, and have had most of my care at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. The plan was for me to transition back to local doctors for treatment and long term care. I could not recommend an oncologist less than I would recommend this woman. The treatment itself is fine, the main thing is you cannot get a hold of the doctors office in a timely manner. The usual protocol is for patients to leave a voicemail and they get to it when they get to it. Even when there’s complications communicated to chemo nurses and trying to get a hold of the doctors office for opinions, it does not go through except the voice mail machine.
