We hired her for an apartment purchase. Our first one. All along i had the impression she was actually working for the seller instead of us. From a horrible negotiation, to strongly insisting we do not get an inspector for the walk through (we unfortunately followed her “advice”). The most extreme one was to try to convince us in front of the seller to accept a construction error (a wall was moved vs the official offering plan).
