In the past two times that I’ve gone there I have had a great experience and my nails lasted a very long time but with this most recent time, I already had 2 charms pop off and had one break and I wasn’t being rough with them at all either. I don’t think I will be going back feels like I wasted my money there.
I was really looking forward to my visit, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My nails turned out lumpy, much thicker than I wanted, and not the shape I asked for. On top of that, nail glue was accidentally squirted in my face, which was very uncomfortable. For a top-rated salon, I expected better quality and a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the service I received did not match the price I paid. I won’t be returning.
