I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for 3 years and have always had a positive experience until recently. I called to schedule a pedicure appointment, and my appointment was confirmed. A short time later, I received a call back and was told that I already had an appointment scheduled for the day before and I was then informed that in order to keep my appointment, I needed to send a $20 deposit through Cash App or bring $20 into the salon by the end of the day. I had such a wonderful experience at Elena Nail Salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My nails turned out absolutely perfect—clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. The design is so cute and really shows the attention to detail and creativity of the technician. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In the past two times that I’ve gone there I have had a great experience and my nails lasted a very long time but with this most recent time, I already had 2 charms pop off and had one break and I wasn’t being rough with them at all either. I don’t think I will be going back feels like I wasted my money there.
