Dr. Kan and her staff were brilliant, I couldn’t have asked for better service! I went in for a double root canal of two teeth next to each other. Their efficiency and care blew away any expectations I had. Incredible work, I appreciate everyone at the DowntownEndodontist office, you guys and gals truly set the bar high.
I was referred to Dr. Kan by my dentist. I was concerned as her staff dis not seem friendly (with exception of one) but Dr Kan spent time with me to understand what happened. She explained a few things that I was unaware of and I appreciated her time. She is knowledgeable and a reputable endodontist.
Dr. Kan and staff are exceptional people. Technically sophisticated, personally warm and concerned and professionally expert. I unhesitantly recommend them.
I was referred to Dr. Kan by my dentist. Her staff was not friendly to me when I asked about the cost. I should have received the discounted rate from the dental insurance but they insisted on the “cash price” which was $610 more expensive. I went ahead with the consult (cost $169) but when I showed up for the appt, they told me my appt was cancelled. While going to an endodontist is never a fun day, I have to give Dr. Elena Kan and her associates very high marks. She and her staff were caring, compassionate and professional .They did everything they could to make my procedure (3 hours) as comfortable as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kan and her staff.
