I was referred to Dr. Kan by my dentist. Her staff was not friendly to me when I asked about the cost. I should have received the discounted rate from the dental insurance but they insisted on the “cash price” which was $610 more expensive. I went ahead with the consult (cost $169) but when I showed up for the appt, they told me my appt was cancelled. While going to an endodontist is never a fun day, I have to give Dr. Elena Kan and her associates very high marks. She and her staff were caring, compassionate and professional .They did everything they could to make my procedure (3 hours) as comfortable as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kan and her staff.

Dr. Kan and her staff are caring, empathetic professionals. I had to have a root canal done and was able to get in the next day of my regular dentist calling for an appointment. The procedure as well as the recuperation went very well. Staff called the day after the procedure and I had some questions they couldn't answer. Within 15 minutes, Dr Kan returned my call with answers to all of my questions.
