I called for an appointment and the scheduling team gave me an appointment with this doctor. She is in the MS clinic but they advised me she is also neurology. I understand this was a scheduling mistake but my appointment was for tomorrow and she emailed me at 8:08pm to tell me to reschedule my appointment that I've waited so long for. No apology and no explanation on how to help! I'm so sick of doctors and the medical field they are just awful people.
Dr Grebenciucova has been of great help to me for over three years. I’ve been very grateful for her expertise and continued support. Thankfully my symptoms have not worsened and she’s guided me with my medical decisions. We’ve met in person and virtually.
