Elena was the person who sold me my property over 3 years ago and this week she is the realtor who helped me sell my property due to me relocating to another state. As we all know right now is not a sellers market but that didn’t stop Elena. She held open houses, helped make my unit pristine and made sure before the showings everything was great. She spent her time helping me while I was out of state. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched. If you need to buy or sell a property, she is the one!
We have worked with Elena on multiple transactions over the last 15 years or so (including purchases, sales, and rental/lease agreements), and she is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who we trust. We recently purchased a townhouse and rented our condo, and Elena did a great job guiding us through the process and reminding us of key steps and needs throughout. She also follows up with other agents, title companies, etc. and has great recommendations for inspectors, title companies, loan agents, etc. Elena knows the... read more

Elena was awesome to work with selling our place. Market was rough and we had a tricky buyer to deal with, but she stayed on top of everything, always responsive, hosted a ton of open houses, and really pushed to market the property well. Made a stressful process way easier. Highly recommend!
Good things come to those who work hard! In my 40 years of buying and selling real estate I have never had a relator that worked so hard for her clients’ interests. Elena is honest, extremely knowledgeable, knows when to pivot with the market conditions, meticulous communicator, and was relentless in exceeding my expectations. I can honestly say that Elena is a realtor that a client can truly trust to get the best results for her client, whether buying or selling. One thing I really admired about Elena is that she personally... read more
