I had a terrible time visiting Dr Gogoneata. She completely dismissed all of my concerns. I was presenting with a large mass on the back of my hand and she told me it was fine and nothing to worry about, when it was causing serious mobility issues and pain. I became tearful, and she proceeded to ignore me the rest of the visit and address only my wife because she didn’t want to deal with me. Dr. Gogoneata was too quick to dismiss me, and did not listen well to my concerns as a new patient. Having dealt with my rheumatological disease most of my life, I need a doctor who can listen and investigate what is happening with me as I move into my senior years. Dr. Gogoneata did not do this. Also, it is impossible to use this doctor if you have been referred out-of-network. Her office can’t even fax doctors orders between offices for insurance approval.
