Front desk staff from in person to on the phone are not friendly, they also don’t give out correct information. Specifically the young woman who works at the front desk is especially unhelpful and short. Please find a different job if you don’t want to help patients who coming to this office for specific health issues. See other recent reviews about the front desk staff treatment to patients. Save the trouble and find a different office.

My daughter waited 5 months for a new patient endocrinology appointment at this clinic. Today, she left at 7:30 a.m. for her 9:10 a.m. appointment (that’s an hour and 40 minutes ahead of time!) but unprecedented I-5 construction traffic had other plans. She called the clinic to say she’d be about 6 minutes late. Their response? 1. Appointment canceled immediately 2. No reschedule allowed (because she’s a “new patient”) 3. Banned from the clinic 4. Wish i could give 0 star absolutely worst place i ever heard of. My girlfriend drove for 2 hours to get there. And was denied service and the receptionist didn’t let her reschedule at all because she was 6 minutes late. She even called before hand to let them know she is running a bit late due to traffic and still denied service. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Please save your time and energy, never book here.
