I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr Geamanu, she’s kind, she listens and she’s open to trying different things based on your needs.
My daughter waited 5 months for a new patient endocrinology appointment at this clinic. Today, she left at 7:30 a.m. for her 9:10 a.m. appointment (that’s an hour and 40 minutes ahead of time!) but unprecedented I-5 construction traffic had other plans. She called the clinic to say she’d be about 6 minutes late. Their response? 1. Appointment canceled immediately 2. No reschedule allowed (because she’s a “new patient”) 3. Banned from the clinic 4. Wish i could give 0 star absolutely worst place i ever heard of. My girlfriend drove for 2 hours to get there. And was denied service and the receptionist didn’t let her reschedule at all because she was 6 minutes late. She even called before hand to let them know she is running a bit late due to traffic and still denied service. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Please save your time and energy, never book here.
She is absolutely awesome. So helpful and gives you full attention and explains thoroughly to be sure we're all on the same page.
