Dr. Elena Barengolts is a very detail oriented doctor. Please ignore negative reviews because she has many years of experience and she has to follow medical standards. I highly recommend her and her assistant Carla was also very professional. In addition the office is very clean and organized. I would definitely refer my family and friends.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Barengolts at my first endocrinology visit. I went in hoping for help understanding recent weight gain and to discuss my history with Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease, but the appointment was dominated by rudeness, interruptions, and dismissive behavior. When she entered, she made it clear she was “in a rush” and refused to allow any brief medical history that I offered, even though she was asking questions that required contexts.
