Believe the 1 star reviews and go see another endocrinologist. As a service provider in my own industry, I don’t take reviews lightly nor would I write one if I didn’t feel it was necessary to spare someone else from a terrible experience. Someone else’s review was spot on in that she disregards PCOS as a treatable diagnosis, she fat shames rather than provides constructive guidance for your health, she’s rude, and her medical knowledge is Extremely outdated. One of the best Endo doctors in my experience, being diabetic for 40 years I have seen many. She listens and even answered questions outside her specialty when I pressed for her opinion, trust her with my life, She sees many Type II diabetics and many of the most useful approaches is a healthier life style, losing weight, exercise, healthy diet, but the first reaction to a chronic disease like diabetes is denial which is what I see in the single star reviews. She is a rude and condescending dr. She interrupted me the whole time and then yelled at me to ask questions when she didn’t even hear anything I had to say. She said I needed to do an ultrasound but never sent me authorization to do so. She then said I had possible PCOS but shouldn’t do anything about it. That is an uneducated remark and damaging. Actually there is a lot that can be done especially if you are of child bearing years. I’ve learned to listen and believe reviews before you seeing a dr!
