Do not go to this provider if you're seeking real medical care/advice. I was referred this is doctor by my primary care I saw this provider about six months ago. I went to get answers about how to balance my hormones because I have PMOS and was diagnosed with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. At the time I was uninterested in a GLP-1. If you are obese/overweight please do not visit this doctor. She was absolutely dismissive about all of my concerns, pushing back on any testing, due to my weight. If it wasn’t for me advocating fiercely - I would not have discovered exactly what I thought was the issue. She is demeaning, rude, listens only to respond, and completely unprofessional. She is no longer at this office it's now my pain management doctors office where I see Wendy and Dr Feng for my spinal cord damages and pain really great people love the attention help and pointers.
Dr. Elena Barengolts is a very detail oriented doctor. Please ignore negative reviews because she has many years of experience and she has to follow medical standards. I highly recommend her and her assistant Carla was also very professional. In addition the office is very clean and organized. I would definitely refer my family and friends.
