I have to write a review about this salon because my experience there was so horrible. I went to stylist Renee Marie for a clear gloss, which means it has no color, it is clear for shine only. First of all, she made me wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time because she was running late w another client (aka double booking clients, which only benefits the sylist, not the client). I agree with princess6, Elementz is really a great place. Everyone is very friendly and inviting. I never feel out of place and on top of that I always leave with amazing hair. Oh and one thing I really love is that they always offer you a beverage while your waiting and go out of their way to accomodate to your needs. Its just a great hair salon.
