My mother has started to go here for the past month for her arthritis and massage therapy. She has loved their services and continuous to feel better after ever session. Her body pain has reduced and I want to highlight Elements rehab for their great work!
Bad Experience. Not worth the investment. Not Recommended.
You will discover many issues at this spa...Unprofessional. Passive aggressive patient treatment. Its a money grab. Do not go there. Shop around for a professional office that is not money hungry.
Try the service before you pay in advance...Pay as you go for each treatment...be aware the office has a No Refund Policy. Sometimes life changes and your health situation changes and you are forced to cancel certain events. You want an office that will understand that. Its only fair and professional to give patients/clients back their deposits that they paid in good faith for Future spa treatments.
When I first walked into Elements Spa I had little to no knowledge of what Forma was, nor did I really think I needed a face lift of any kind. I am 35 years old with youthful skin, and while I do have problem areas — somewhat deep laugh lines, a faint forehead wrinkle, post-acne scarring and post-university dark circles — I would consider my skin quality average-to-good, thank you very much.
