I found Elements at a bridal show in Grand Rapids, MI. I really liked some of the invitations she had on display and I hired her to create my wedding invitations. After many many attempts, Darcy (owner) was not able to provide a final product to my liking. I then created my own in powerpoint and sent it to her to duplicate and print. Fonts were the wrong size, items were misspelled…it was horrendous. I sent her an email explaining my displeasure and she agreed to a full refund.
