DO NOT buy a gift certificate! If franchise goes under they will not refund your money! Other locations will not accept and corporate will NOT assist you!! You will be out a lot of $$$ This place is a scam!!
I'm a franchise owner. They present bogus financial information. Your start up costs will be at least 20-25% higher than they present to you and the financial pro-forma that is built by the CFO will be overstated by as much as 50%. I have been an owner for 3 years and have yet to make a profit despite the fact that my conversion and new member rate is among the best in the company.
