James is excellent. Very intuitive, strong hands and very polite and professional. My 90 minute deep tissue massage was the best! He incorporated stretching and really loosened up my knots and adhesions. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Brandi was amazing. She got the knots out and I was completely relaxed for the first time in months. I ended up getting a membership and I can’t wait to go back.
Great place for massages. Chancellor is top notch. Gives great deep tissue massages and leg stretches. He is also aware of chakras, reiki and gives good recommendations for books to further heal yourself.
Wow is all I can say. Faith the manager needs a lesson in customer service. I expect to be contacted by Pam the owner regarding the harassment I received by Faith. I have email confirmation of my appointments I made and Faith LIED to me saying I didn’t have one and that I was on wait list. All ELEMENTS and Faith wanted from me was my credit card number. Mind you the massages were already PAID for.
I’ve been using Elements at FLR for years as I’ve had chronic pain. I can honestly say that I’ve NEVER shad a bad massage. My favorite therapist is “Jessica” she got a knot out of my neck and really knows how to relax the tension in my lower back. I highly recommend her.
Quoted one price over the phone (more than one phone conversation) and after treatment completed, was charged a higher price. Bad form... lost a couple of customers Too bad, because the therapist was pretty good.
