I've been coming to Shannon for years and have seen the salon transform into the amazing place it is today. It's decorated nicely and is always inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed and full of laughs. Shannon is always accommodating and does a great job with my hair. I don't know what I would do without her!

I first started to come to Elements several years ago. I had been to several other salons and was not happy with the results of my coloring. I was just looking to cover up my gray. Finally, my daughter "googled" hair salons in Augusta and found Elements. I called and Ms. Shannon answered the phone. She listened to my concerns and issues and scheduled an appointment.
