I chose Elements for breakfast and dinner several times during a recent stay. I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets as part of the breakfast buffet, always cooked exactly as ordered. Additionally, the Brick oven pizza was great! The only dish that didn't satisfy was the Blackened Cajun Chicken. While it was good, it definitely wasn't blackened. Will definitely visit again. Evening bartenders and servers were great! 03/25/25 - now that the full menu is back, this place is even better!
We ordered pick up and when we asked the bartender for a new drink because it was watered down before we got there (he should have just made the drink when we got there, takes 30 seconds). He rolled his eyes at us which was the first strike. The fish tacos was a small slice of fish katsu cut into 3 pieces and overly salty.
