Remy and his crew did an amazing job on an impossible task. This project was huge with very little space to work. They were able to think on their feet and pivot when necessary. I would not hesitate to use his service again.
Elements Outdoor Living installed a retaining for myself and my neighbor. The project was pretty complex due to the location on a quarry lake. The results met and exceeded my expectations. While there were a few hiccups along the way, Remy Genot and his team were able to resolve those and bring the project in on budget. The crew was there everyday, worked hard and cleaned up at end. Highly recommend!!
My experience with this contractor has been awful. We hired them because they sounded like they know what they are doing. After we signed contract their communication started to be awful. They have the worst communication ever/ time management. I had to keep calling and texting them to get answers. They poured our concrete and messed up. We got two different colors variation of the concrete. They didn't have explanation on why we got that. They didn't clean up the concrete after them. They left concrete residue everywhere. Remy and team built our amazing new patio. Workers were professional, hard working, courteous, and pleasant to deal with, especially John (he's the best). We would definitely recommend Remy and team and would use them again. They are awesome!!
