I have nothing but good things to say about Elements of Health. I have been there for acupuncture and also found out about mindfulness classes through them and had great experiences with both. Stefanie helped me through a couple of issues I was having with kindness and compassion.
I am so grateful for Stefanie Miska and the thoughtful and knowledgeable care she provides. She's treated me for all sorts of ailments over the (many) years as my acupuncturist, and has an incredible ability to listen closely and tune into wherever I'm at. I've appreciated her sage advice and recommendations, and tend to always leave a little lighter than I came in.
Stefanie Miska has been a godsend in my life and is a key part of my medical team and overall self-care for the last 6 years. Stefanie Miska has supported my through nearly every stage of my fertility journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and I genuinely look forward to every visit. During such an overwhelming time she has made me feel truly seen and has guided me every step of the way.
I've been seeing Stefanie Miska throughout my entire pregnancy after being referred to Elements from my midwife clinic, and I couldn't say enough good things about her and the space! She takes the time to check in on me mentally and physically, which has been so appreciated during these evolving stages of pregnancy. I leave each appointment feeling calm and well-rested thanks to her care and the calming atmosphere of the clinic altogether. Couldn't recommend enough!
