I went to the Ormond Beach location last Saturday. I had a purse full of cash! I've lived here 5 years and always curious about this store. I was the only customer at the time and I couldnt get any of the 3 people working to even acknowledge me! Huge disappointment in this place! Teach your employees customer service!!!
One of my favorite places to go in Ormond Beach! They have a lot of beautiful home decor and fun gifts. I could spend a good hour just looking at everything. Also everyone is so very friendly and happy to help when you have questions. We purchased a piece of furniture there and their delivery team was very courteous and careful making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I always look forward to going in their store!
My experience with elements of design has been fabulous. The customer service from the sale team is knowledgable and patient. My wife and I loved the choices and styles they offered.
