Alexi gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I already can’t wait for my next one because she has helped brighten my dark spots and scars. She’s so delicate and professional with the experience and made my visit very comfortable. My skin is so soft and I loved chatting with her about the products. She kept me informed about the process the entire time. I recommend Alexi for all of your skin and facial needs — even if you just have questions, she is so knowledgeable and helpful!
I’ve been visiting Amber for laser and facial services for years, and I can honestly say I have never seen the lasting results from these services (even after having laser hair removal services at other clinics for years before). She is incredibly kind and professional and is extremely thorough with her work. I recommend her to everyone I know looking for similar services!
I am really dissatisfied with the service I received today. Your website clearly mentions that the treatment takes up to 1 hour, but my session was completed in just about 30 minutes, without any explanation. It felt rushed, and I’m unsure if all the steps typically included in a full HydraFacial were even performed. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and consistency between what’s advertised and what’s delivered. I don’t feel the glow or any satisfaction with the facial services that I received today
I've been undergoing laser hair removal with Amber for about two years now, and I have never had a bad experience. She is always so much fun to talk to and very kind, always making sure I am comfortable during sessions. 10/10 would recommend
