Elements Massage in Palo Alto is a 10! Edgar, specifically, is the best ever!
This massage office is really great. Lo did a very great job on my sore and stiff upper torso and shoulders. I usually climb a lot so I would go to this place for a tune-up. Super clean, very warm, and very professional.
I called in last week asking for a last minute appointment due to extreme neck and shoulder pain, which they were kind enough to fit me in for. I asked for a masseuse who specialized in deep tissue, and got Edgar. The duration of the massage itself was fine, he used very strong pressure which I prefer and which I really needed. However, I found that he had very repetitive motions, going over the same places over and over again with the exact same movements while using strong pressure.
