UPDATE (6/19) After seeing my review, the manager reached out and offered a complimentary service to make up for my initial experience. I'm happy to say my second visit was much better! My massage therapist was fantastic and helped me feel relaxed and refreshed. The customer service was excellent, and everyone on staff was friendly and professional. This was my first visit to this location. I booked a 90-minute massage and paid extra for one of the elite therapists. My therapist arrived approximately 5–10 minutes late to the appointment, which normally would not have been a major issue. However, the massage experience itself was difficult to fully enjoy because there was a very strong body odor present throughout the session, making it challenging to relax. Chad was absolutely positively amazing. He was very thorough. I am a dental hygienist and he really got in there and really truly helped me out. I will be seeing him on a regular basis.
