From first contact on the phone, Ian was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a therapist that was exactly what I needed. My 90 minute cupping massage with Lauren was relaxing, inviting and she hit all the spots just as I needed. I will be cancelling my membership with the Elements' competition and making Elements a regular part of my wellness regimen.
