This was THE WORST experience getting a massage!! NEVER trust the owner, Susann, and the "manager", Jessica! Jessica LIED about giving me misinformation regarding the pricing of my massage not once, not twice, but THREE times. Manager is very rude, canceled groupon after paying 83.00 for Christmas gift because unbeknownst to me my son had already been to some other Elements. She would not accommodate him in any way, just out 83.00. He is a wounded veteran and really needed the massage. Contacting corporate offices.
I love this studio! Amazing therapists, extremely friendly staff, and a very clean establishment. I feel like my overall well-being is truly cared for!! Great service from booking till I leave feeling rejuvenated for a new day! Can’t wait for my next massage :)
Loved everything about my experience here. From the moment I walked in the door it was a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. After I had my appointment I made one for my husband. I love that the front desk matches you to the therapist they find as the best fit for you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This is solely for the office staff- refused to honor my Groupon because they insisted I had been to an elements location- well after calling the other locations I had supposedly been to, I was able to confirm it was not me and just someone who had the same name as me and due to the profile I had created online to check for appointment availability.
