I called to see if I could get help booking an appointment and I was greeted by the RUDEST person ever on the phone . I was like, “*massage therapist name* shows she has an opening online can you help me” and the receptionist goes “there’s a lot of women who work here and none of them have availability🙄” . As if i was bothering her . So rude i’m still thinking about it days later
I love that last night I was able to book a morning appointment for today! My massage therapist was amazing and I felt comfortable the entire time. Clean, welcoming front area and friendly front desk staff.
BEWARE This company is a bunch of thieves! My husband bought me a massage gift card for my birthday and paid an extra $30 so I could add hot stone since they don’t allow you to use the gift card for that service. The lady at the front desk took BOTH cards from me and said I would have to pay more to get a hot stone, so I declined. We paid $149 bucks so I could do both and she straight up just stole the remaining $30! I had no idea until I got home and told him I didn’t get the hot stone added.
