Be aware - you cannot cancel memberships unless you do it in person. After having a membership and experiencing quite a few cancellations from the different therapists due to illness, I decided to cancel. They are good when you can get an appointment that isn't canceled, but I would encourage you to steer clear of a membership. It almost felt like it gave the therapists more of an excuse to cancel.
