The massages and facials are good. It’s easy to schedule. The reason for 2 stars is due to management. They pressure you to get memberships then you cannot cancel online. You have to go in person. I cancelled my membership because I didn’t have time to go. I had 3 massages on credit to use up. I was told by the front desk that I had until mid July, but after I received a massage I was told this was not the case and I had to unexpectedly pay. I also lost money paying for an add on that was never applied to my massage.

Be very careful of this business and their business model, especially when it comes to their monthly membership service. The first massage I had at this place was amazing- the best I’ve ever had. It was with a woman who was very much a professional. I was so impressed that I did agree to the monthly subscription plan.
