They initially quoted me the wrong price before the services, but everyone was very kind and the massage itself was fantastic. Norah was my massage therapist, and she did a wonderful job. There were some loud noises coming from the room next door occasionally, but aside from that, it was a relaxing experience.
I appreciated Ian’s professionalism and calming presence. The facility was quiet and clean. I am looking forward to another visit!
Member for a year and a half with bi-weekly appointments, and started scheduling weekly as of October 2025. Booked a last minute appointment on 9/24 only to have to cancel last minimum due to unforeseen traffic. Charged $40 for cancellation without being told and without consideration for the circumstance. I showed up for my last appointment today to finish my membership before cancelling, only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled 7 minutes before that. We have used Elements Massage ever since they opened their 15th Street and Santa Fe location! They are the best! It’s always clean and fresh and their services are relaxing and rejuvenating. We highly recommend you try them!
