Called and made an appointment for 3 weeks out. Arrived for the scheduled appointment. Was told by front desk I am not on their schedule and there is no appointment. Not even an apology and a let's try to figure something out and rebook you. Just a "you aren't on the schedule today". Ok.
I like everything about Elements in Glenview! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing when you enter. The receptionists are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's easy to schedule or reschedule appointments, whether in person or by phone, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the cleanliness of all the rooms, including the bathrooms. My therapist Kevin paid careful attention to my needs and problem areas, he asked all the follow up questions to ensure I had a terrific experience really working on my stress areas shoulders and back. Great job and I’ll be back each month.
