The team is great, always friendly and helpful, and the environment is calming.
The massage was very relaxing. The massage, lighting and music evaporated all tension and aches and pains. It was fun.

Mariana was fantastic! She was communicative only when needed and her deep tissue massage was very satisfying. The ambiance at the location was calming and I was able to fully relax during my massage.
Only reason I'm not giving it a 1 is because there are some great therapists, like Kevin. I have been a member for 6 years now but when I heard about the experience that one of my friends had, I was very disappointed. I just cancelled my membership because of it. For a customer focused business, leadership (manager Carla and owner Kelly) has terrible customer service.
