I absolutely love the massages at Elements Massage Glenview – the therapists are skilled, professional, and truly focus on problem areas, creating a wonderfully relaxing experience and a clean, positive atmosphere. I highly appreciate there immediate improvement in appointment reminders. I had an issue with slight misunderstanding about the time of my appointment and I left a review about my dissatisfaction and I am glad to report it was improved in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this place!
Called and made an appointment for 3 weeks out. Arrived for the scheduled appointment. Was told by front desk I am not on their schedule and there is no appointment. Not even an apology and a let's try to figure something out and rebook you. Just a "you aren't on the schedule today". Ok.
I like everything about Elements in Glenview! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing when you enter. The receptionists are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's easy to schedule or reschedule appointments, whether in person or by phone, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciate the cleanliness of all the rooms, including the bathrooms.
