BEWARE of buying Gift Cards for Elements Massage!!! I bought gift cards ONLINE from the Elements website. A Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promo that I have previously used. I am NOT a member. I purchase individual massage sessions as needed… because I travel for work. I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Ella yesterday. She was amazing — I was completely relaxed and felt so good afterward. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a great massage experience!
I had some ups and downs with this place, but mostly downs. Because I need and always get deep massage, I asked for deep massage for my first massage. The massage therapist simply did not or would not do deep massage, even after I asked her to do so. I told the front desk staff afterward and they rebooked me for a future massage without charge. My massage therapist Aurora is the best, I've been coming to her for years and she's knows exactly what I like, after my session I feel as if I can save the world!!!!
