The staff is very attentive, they have great follow up and the masseuse knew what she was doing. She found muscles I didn’t know I had. It was a great experience! Thank you!
If you like being lied to and cancelled on because management is covering up their inability to retain talent, then this place is for you. Elements cancelled my facial on Sunday and rescheduled for the following Wednesday because my their employee had to leave suddenly. While that was not amazing, emergencies happen and I was glad to be able to get rebooked that same week. Taylor was amazing. She was very careful about checking in regarding pressure and used a technique to relieve back, neck, and shoulder tension combining therapeutic massage and stretching that worked so well. I would highly recommend Taylor for any appointments you have at this branch.
