The facility was quiet, unlike many other massage places. I didn't hear other clients talking, laughing, walking down the hallways or other noise that will disrupt your massage time. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. The membership perks are nice. Cindy is wonderful, I've only booked with her. She wants you to leave feeling relaxed with therapeutic results. She has worked wonders on my lower back and shoulders. That's where I carry all my stress. I did a 90 min my first time and 2 hours the second time.... read more
The staff at Massage Elements are friendly and easy to talk to. Katie gave my most recent and amazing massage. I am healing from a shattered leg and spent 5 months in bed or a wheelchair. I am now using a walker. I didn't realize how knotted my neck and shoulders have become. Katie was able to pinpoint each troubled spot and ease the muscles. Thank you, Katie.
Very friendly staff and great experience with massage! I highly recommend the Peoria location at 7857 W. Bell Rd. They are so kind and professional, whereas I cannot say the same about the Glendale location 19420N. 59th Ave. I went there and didn't care for this place, most expecially due to experience I had with one of the receiptionists having an issue with me becuase I was not happy of being charged extra unexpectedly for having the 90 min massage, which should not have been charged for this preplanned appt and already pa... read more
Staff is great
Isaiah really understood what my muscles needed to relax. He was professional and gave great advice for me to continue relaxing my muscles. I have only found 1 other masseuse that understood how to help my muscles this much.
