I have been seeing Ariana for over two years. She’s phenomenal, I simply don’t know what more to say. I love talking with her, but she also respects a quiet mood. The experience is always welcoming and very personalized. The customer service on the phone and in person are outstanding. The therapists are amazing. The location and ambience are great.
From the minute we walked in, the experience was fantastic. Reception checked us in, I believe her name was Kaylee? Fantastic, answered all our questions, helped us navigate the forms etc. Great customer service. Next up, massage by Elizabeth, fantastic as well. The whole experience was amazing and I have never been to an Elements, so didn't really know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, and would highly recommend this location! Great experience from start to finish.
