Elements is a must visit!! Calming atmosphere, great front desk staff, beautiful experience, and reasonable subscription rates. My personal therapist is Dulce. Her treatments are consistently 5 star!!!! I recommend her to everyone!
The new management elevated the customer service experience there. Initially I had a negative experience with a front desk representative. However, management has gone above and beyond to make every appointment since then very warm and welcoming. Now this has become one of the few self-care routines I make sure to allow myself every month. It’s a blessing.
Great crew working here! Front desk girls are super nice and massage therapists are great. I got a massage with Nixon and he was 10/10 --technique was great and was so kind!
