Absolutely amazing experience. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The therapist was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I was seen in elements in nutley last Thursday 12/4/25 and had a facial and i had extraction done near my lip and now it looks like i had a cold sore because she went so hard to extract it. I think she didn’t know the difference between milia and comedomes and she even went too hard on my right eyebrow and told her not to touch it and she did try anyways and now it’s inflamed again! I’m so upset because it’s making me so self conscious and it’s drying and then bleeding when too dry! You need to retrain on extractions!
I’ve had such a wonderful experience! I rarely go to the same spa or masseuse twice as I don’t feel like it makes any difference, but after coming here and having my session with Randy, I got the membership and will most definitely be coming back often. He really paid attention to what my body needed and tailored my massage to me as supposed to just going through the motions of a general routine. I felt great afterwards and am looking forward to my next session.
I appreciate this location of elements for many reasons. I appreciate their cleanliness, hospitality, and attentiveness to you—the customer. I would recommend that anyone come.
