From the moment I arrive for my morning appointments, receptionist Mackenzie (with pretty clear frames!) always creates a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. She greets me warmly, asks if I need water or to use the restroom before my session, & genuinely starts my day off right every time. I like everything about Elements massage, from the therapist to the staff at-large.
I booked a massage for 930 on Friday morning, and arrived at 9:20. The massage therapist was late and didn’t bring me into the room until after 9:35. I waited about another 10 minutes for them to come back into the room and start the massage around 945. The massage was scheduled for 90 minutes, but only ended up being 75 minutes.
