Had a membership for couples massages with my boyfriend, we had to cancel due to moving and had several unused visits to use up before our membership ran out. Elements cancelled twice (once on the same day after we both had taken the day off to accommodate the appointment) on our final 90 minute couples massage and never refunded us our money.
