The customer service is fantastic! The front desk staff are so friendly, kind, and courteous! Staff welcomed me so much that I was interested in working there part-time. Eventually, I was hired and could only work there for about two months because it was too much to juggle my full-time job. I was pleased to see that what drew me there was real! I feel like Elements is a little hidden gem!
Kayla did a phenomenal job with my facial! I don't usually get facials but I think I will from now on. She is so sweet and professional. The atmosphere she creates is incredibly relaxing. Even when she was doing extractions, she was so gentle that it actually felt nice and made me even more relaxed! My skin feels the best it has in a long time. I cannot speak highly enough of Kayla, her endearing personality, and her skills as an esthetician.

Tom was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. He took the time to listen to my specific needs and customized the session perfectly.
