I had Crystal for the first time. I’m military and workout on the regular so I’ve been pretty stiff for years. She was able to get out some extremely painful knots that have been ailing me for a long time!! I can say she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and 5 stars Crystal!!
Went in for a massage. While I was in the waiting room, the manager was in her office behind a closed door, and I could still hear her yelling in the phone and cursing and laughing really loudly. Not a tranquil environment for going in for a relaxing time. This has happened more than once.
Cameron is great, he is very attentive and thorough. Location is great, very peaceful
First, let me say the massage therapists at this location are amazing. In fact, I often come there from 1+ hour away because Kiani is that good. But, you have to schedule far in advance. About this rating... I have received last minute cancellations twice -- within 2 hours of the appointment. Today (I was on the way from 1+ hours away), when I received a cancellation, I asked for a massage credit because I (the customer) would have to pay (by contract) if I cancelled the morning of the appointment. Eric was wonderful! The only negative thing I have to say about this is that I wish I booked a 90 minute. Way better priced than some of the fancy spas
