I filled out on the form that I had pain and wanted specific spots worked on. My masseuse asked me my problem areas even though I had went into detail on the form and in my appointment notes. I had informed my masseuse that I had significant pain in my back hands and feet and to focus on those areas but to try to incorporate a full body massage. If you are looking for a relaxing massage with a set massage pattern, this is your place. However if you are looking for a therapeutic massage would not recommend. I explained both on my intake forms, as well as to the massage therapist that I was having left sided lower back spasms and needed deep pressure. Instead, what I got was a massage that 90% of the time was focused on my upper back and arms. The pressure was also extremely light.
